How to take measurements: Please use soft, flexible measuring tape.  You might want to ask for assistance!  It can be challenging to measure yourself accurately.

Chest:  Keeping your measuring tape level with the ground and standing tall with arms down, wrap tape around the largest area of your chest and back.

Waist:  Measure your waist right at navel height.

Hips:  Wrap the tape around the largest area of your hips and bottom.  Be sure to keep the tape level to the ground so the measurement will be accurate.
